Pilates School SF is excited to introduce our innovative Virtual School Model. This program brings the unique experience of our In-Person School directly to your home.

 

Similar to our in-person program, you’ll commit to 3-4 hours of virtual training and classes each week. You’ll receive live instruction from a teacher for 75% of your sessions, and follow a personalized schedule of private sessions, classes, and supervised workouts. Our expert guidance will take you through the Pre-Pilates, Basic, and Low Intermediate Pilates systems. Upon successful completion of your final comprehensive exams, you’ll graduate from the Virtual School.
