ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: Coursework to earn proficiency in a fitness, health, or Pilates teaching method.
TEACHER TUNE-UPS: 1- 3 hour practical training classes in Teacher Classical Pilates concepts, exercises, methods and more.
TEACHER WORKOUTS: Classes or sessions designed to improve your personal practice and gain insight into improving your own teaching techniques.
