We offer a number of opportunities for both non-certificated and under-certificated teachers to find inclusive based certification and learning opportunities.
SEMINARS: Weekly Classical Pilates and Kinseiology courses covering a broad range of topics. Teachers can purchase individual, 3 & 5 packs. Early-bird unlimited access for $399.
WORKSHOPS: A series of classes/ courses surround one specific topic or concept of learning. Participant must attend all classes or training sessions.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS: Gain credits for additional expertise to maintain or advance a certification (AFFA, PMA, NSCA, ACSM, etc). These opportunities are for current certified teachers with a current CPR certification.
Improve your verbal, non-verbal, and hands-on cuing when teaching Intermediate Reformer to a private client. Specific focus will be given to methods to teach your client to become a active learner in their Pilates practice, and its important in the ability to do more detailed work from session to session.
It is critical that you are familiar with all the intermediate reformer reportore and teaching clients using a Classical reformer.

Learn the beginning steps to teaching low intermediate arm chair exercises to a variety of body and lived experiences. Focus will be made on the bio mechanic of proper exercise execution and breathing techniques. Learn how to apply principles of exercise prescriptions to know which exercise are right for each of your clients. Time permitting so focus can be placed on teaching techniques on the arm chair in a small group setting and innovated ways to do arm chair exercises without an arm chair.

Most Pilates teachers rarely get to teach or train client use a Guillotine. The Guillotine offer your client a more textured detail orientated experience of their Pilates practice. This seminar will cover 7 common Guillotine exercises that are great when introducing a client to this robust and informative essential piece of Classical Pilates equipment. Heavy focus will be made on both teacher and client safety, proper set-up and breakdown.
We highly recommend that this be taken with Sec. 317-3 Inter. I Extra and Endings.
