Welcome to the Traditional Model. This is an open-ended primarily private based Classical Pilates training. By this time you should have purchase your first 5 Pack or 10 Pack of private sessions. These session have been book in your mobile app schedule.
Your next task is to check in with you dedicated teacher to complete the full new student profile. This profile will be the map we follow to help you reach your goals. Based your goals it can take week, month to years to reach them.
For students with long-term goals you have the option to automatically renew your package. To book a session it must be paid in advanced. We limit Traditional students booking window to 60 days in advance.
You may request to book sessions on the app. On the app you may request to book available sessions. We highly recommend that you contact Windsor Flynn, your studio coordinator. She can book ALL your session with 72 hour notice.
You may request to complete the in-person school requirement in a private training envionrment. Your dedicated teacher will curate a personalized to both your expressed goals AND to meet requirements to graduate and qualify for an Open Studio Membership and drop in classes.
As a graduate student you can use the equipment without heavy supervision.
There is a whole world of Advanced Pilates for you to explore after you graduate from high Intermediate. You will spend about a year learning the Advanced System; primarily through weekly private sessions. Like the In-Person School Model you will graduate once you are proficient in advanced exercises on all the major and auxiliary Classical Pilates equipment.
Become a certified Classical Pilates teacher and be an of our inclusive BIPOC/ LBGTQIA teaching models that respects all bodies and lived experiences. We offer full-time and part-time learning option and house for qualified prospective teachers. Through a 2100 hour comprehensive certification and our job placement program you will become a highly desired teacher.
