New Students: Use this as a guide to plan possible weekly training schedules.  We can not confirm the schedule until after your consultation.  

THE IDEAL WEEKLY SCHEDULE

In-Person & Virtual Schools:

A key requirement for this program is to attend  training session each week:

(1) A Classical Core Class

(2) A Group Session Training

Traditional Model: 

 2-3 per week is the ideal for best results. We recommended a minimum of one weekly session.
