Our commitment

The Pilates School SF is committed to providing an inclusive experience. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, and we work to remove barriers in our website, communications, facilities, classes, and educational programs where reasonably possible.

Digital accessibility

We aim to make pilatesschoolsf.com usable with common assistive technologies and to align the website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our current practices include:

  • keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators;
  • a “Skip to main content” link;
  • semantic headings, labels, and form instructions;
  • descriptive alternative text for meaningful images;
  • responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens;
  • color and contrast choices intended to support readability; and
  • clear error and confirmation messages on website forms.

Some pages connect to third-party tools, including WellnessLiving, Google, embedded schedules, maps, and event widgets. We do not control every accessibility feature of those services, but we welcome reports of barriers and will help visitors find another way to access the same information or service when reasonably possible.

Get website help or report a barrier

If something on the website is difficult to see, hear, understand, navigate, or use, please tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and—if comfortable—the browser, device, or assistive technology you used.

We will acknowledge accessibility requests as soon as reasonably possible and work with you to provide the information, service, or a reasonable alternative.

Classes, programs, and facility accommodations

For questions about participating in a class, teacher-training program, school activity, or visiting a facility, contact Student Services before your visit when possible. We will discuss your request privately and explore reasonable modifications or effective alternatives based on the activity, safety considerations, and available resources.

Email studentsupport@pilatesschoolsf.com or call (415) 742-4143. Please do not include detailed private medical information in an ordinary email; Student Services will provide an appropriate way to share documentation if it is needed.

Ongoing improvement

We periodically review content, navigation, forms, images, and connected tools as the website changes. We also use feedback from visitors to prioritize improvements. Because accessibility standards and technologies evolve, our work will continue after launch.
