A paid work-study covers nearly 85% of certification costs. Full and part-time options are available. Preferred candidates have an advanced science degree, a teaching background (K-12 or higher education), and 1-2 years of Pilates experience. Must be prepared to start by September 20th, 2026.
Start as a part-time instructor (5-10 hours/week) in set 3-5 hour blocks. Includes scholarship hours for our adjunct/full-time faculty training program. Successful completion leads to highly competitive faculty positions in SF, NYC, or Costa Rica.
Train to manage the front desk in exchange for a dollar-for-dollar discount on in-person program student membership dues.
Work 3 hours per week maintaining the grounds. Competitive candidates have 5-10 years of landscaping experience, focus on sustainable plants, and excellent budget and detail-oriented skills.
Trade commissioned artwork for Pilates services. Seeking an artist for mosaic tile (logo recreation), a stretch artist (original work of SF locations), and a photographer/portrait artist (series of Pilates elders).
Complete a 25-hour training course to maintain equipment. Must be "Handy," detail-oriented, adhere to Cal OSHA rules, and have excellent communication skills. Trade-in-Kind must be fit to take part in the In-person program.
