Comprehensive Teacher Internship
A paid work-study opportunity covering nearly 85% of certification costs, with full- and part-time options. Preferred candidates have an advanced science degree, a K–12 or higher-education teaching background, and one to two years of Pilates experience. Applicants must be prepared to start by September 20, 2026.
Begin as a part-time instructor teaching 5–10 hours per week in set three- to five-hour blocks. The role includes scholarship hours for the school’s adjunct and full-time faculty training program. Successful completion can lead to competitive faculty positions in San Francisco, New York City, or Costa Rica.

Operations · 1 Opening
Front Desk Lead
Help lead front desk operations and support a welcoming, organized experience for students, teachers, and visitors at The Pilates School SF.
Work three hours per week maintaining the grounds. Competitive candidates have five to ten years of landscaping experience, a focus on sustainable plants, and excellent budgeting and detail-oriented skills.
Trade commissioned artwork for Pilates services. Current needs include a mosaic tile artist to recreate the school logo, a stretch artist to create original work featuring the San Francisco locations, and a photographer or portrait artist to create a series featuring Pilates elders.
Complete a 25-hour training course to learn equipment maintenance. Applicants must be handy, detail-oriented, able to follow Cal/OSHA rules, and strong communicators. Trade-in-Kind participants must be fit to take part in the In-Person Program.
Exchange an in-demand professional skill for eligible Pilates programs.
Approved temporary or ongoing roles may qualify for a dollar-for-dollar Trade-in-Kind arrangement. Availability depends on the school’s current needs, the applicant’s skills, and program eligibility.
