1. Acceptance
By using pilatesschoolsf.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. A parent or guardian must complete required materials for a minor.
2. Website information
We work to keep schedules, prices, program descriptions, faculty information, eligibility rules, and availability accurate, but information may change and errors may occur. Website content is not a guaranteed offer, admission, scholarship, reservation, certification, or contract unless confirmed by the School in writing. We may correct errors and update or discontinue content subject to applicable law and controlling agreements.
3. Fitness, health, and safety
Pilates and physical activity involve inherent risks, including soreness, strains, falls, aggravation of an existing condition, and injury. Website content, questionnaires, matching tools, and recommendations are educational and administrative only—not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or a guarantee that an activity is safe for you.
Provide accurate information, follow safety instructions, use equipment only as directed, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptoms. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. A website result does not replace medical clearance, an instructor assessment, or a signed waiver. For an emergency, call 911.
4. Forms, third-party services, purchases, and cancellations
Information you submit must be accurate. An application or matching request does not guarantee admission, funding, placement, an instructor, schedule, or result. Booking, payment, schedules, maps, and embedded tools may be operated by providers such as WellnessLiving or Google; their terms and privacy policies also apply.
Prices and availability are confirmed at checkout or enrollment. Taxes, fees, expiration dates, attendance rules, cancellation windows, refunds, and recurring-payment terms may be stated in checkout or a separate agreement. Do not purchase until you understand them. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
5. Acceptable use
Use the website only for lawful personal, educational, enrollment, or informational purposes. You may not interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; submit fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or unlawful material; impersonate another person; collect others’ data without permission; scrape or republish substantial content; infringe another person’s rights; or advertise or solicit without authorization.
6. Intellectual property and submissions
The website’s text, curriculum descriptions, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, downloads, and design are owned by or licensed to the School. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. You retain ownership of material you submit and give the School limited permission to store, review, reproduce, and share it internally or with service providers as needed to respond, administer a program, protect the website, or comply with law.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure operation or suitability for every device or purpose, and disclaim warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the School and its owners, officers, employees, faculty, contractors, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or replace remedies in a signed service agreement.
8. Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or material submitted without necessary rights. This does not require you to cover the School’s own conduct where prohibited by law.
9. Governing law and disputes
California law governs these Terms. Before filing a website-related claim, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve it through the main office. Unresolved disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in San Francisco County unless applicable law requires otherwise. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.
10. Updates and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revision and changing the effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and feature-specific terms are the agreement for public website use; separate signed agreements remain controlling for paid services, enrollment, employment, and financial assistance.
