We are committed to transforming the Pilates industry by providing an accessible and affordable path to health through Classical Pilates.
Why is something that is so powerful, not affordable and inaccessible.
We witnessed the profound, transformative power of Classical Pilates, yet its prohibitive costs, lack of diverse representation, and entrenched gatekeeping culture kept it out of reach for too many, often the very people who needed it most. We made a commitment to change that. We posed a powerful question: "Is it possible to deliver authentic Classical Pilates, upholding its integrity without compromising it into huge, impersonal 20-person classes, and keep it affordable?" The answer is a resounding yes. That way is The Pilates School of SF.
We teach Pilates to all bodies.
We are not a studio; we are a school. We believe everyone has the right to learn and grow through Classical Pilates. Faculty
Our faculty is comprised of comprehensively certified expert teachers, whose experience ranges from 25+ years and advanced degrees in health sciences to teachers-in-training (interns and apprentices). These dedicated individuals will be our ambassadors, ushering in a new and accessible era for the Pilates industry.
Support Staff
From our school cleaners and facility maintenance person to our front desk and site managers, these dedicated and genuine people are the professional, very caring heart of The Pilates School, making the day-to-day experience an uplifting one.
