Ray Salahuddin, Expert Teacher

Ray Salahuddin

Expert Teacher

Ray has worked in the fitness, health, and intercollegiate sports industries for more than 26 years. In addition to her Classical Pilates certification, she holds advanced degrees in Kinesiology and numerous fitness certifications. You will never catch her calling herself Dr. Salahuddin—but you will catch her dorking out over the latest exercise-science research and pushing you to get every bit of squeeze, stretch, or lift out of your body. Be ready for that!

Jessica

Expert Teacher

Jessica began dancing at age four and continued through performing-arts schools and college, including a performance at the 1988 Super Bowl. Her interest in how movement helps the body heal led to ten years as a licensed massage therapist and more than 20 years studying Pilates and fitness. After the births of her daughters, Classical Pilates transformed her own strength and confidence. She became a third-generation Authentic Classical Pilates teacher, then advanced to Lead Teacher and Teacher Trainer.

Since beginning her teaching career nearly ten years ago, she has explored the nuances of Classical and contemporary movement to serve each student more fully. Her path from young elite athlete to mother rediscovering her strength in her thirties gives her a personal understanding of recovery, change, and sustainable progress.
