Keys to Success
Set yourself up for success by following these foundational guidelines during your In Person Practice
(R) = Required | (E) Elective
- One Classical Core a Week (R)
- One Small Group Session a Week (R)
- Two Independent Workout a month (R)
- Pilates + Classes once approved (E)
- 30 mins a week of at home study Time (E)
- Complete Exams in a Timely manner (R)
Pre-Pilates & Basic Courses
12 months or 1000 hours
Low Intermediate Course
3 – 6 months or 350 hours
High Intermediate Course
9 – 12 months or 850 hours
